It resides amongst a 13-villa complex, which share a large communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The property boasts an extended private patio with a purpose-built barbecue facility and within the grounds there is ample private parking. Adjacent to the villa lie mature olive groves within a protected undeveloped area.

The ground floor comprises of a large sitting/dining room area, containing a comfortable double-bed settee. The fitted kitchen is inclusive of all white goods (such as washing-machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven) and all other furnishings and utensils as expected from a superior-quality holiday-let. There is also a w.c.and shower room at ground floor level.
All 3 double-bedrooms on the first floor contain either twin or double beds, with 2 of the bedrooms having the advantage of wrought-iron balconies. All rooms have ample storage area and the first-floor bathroom comprises of a suite with shower.
