Prices for Villa Paradwys

The rates shown are weekly rents, and not the charges per person. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, the balance is due 2 calendar months before departure. Included in the rental are all other costs, such as the weekly domestic cleaning and laundry change, water, electricity and gas. The rents do not include flights or airport transfers, though taxis are readily available at the airports at all times. All prices are in pound sterling...

Conditions

Booking: A deposit of £150 is required to book this property. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Car hire costs can be paid at the same time as the villa if required.

Refundable Bond: A refundable bond of £100 is required when booking your villa. This is taken against possible breakages/damage and must be paid with your final payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It will be refunded to you within two weeks of your return. In the event of a cancellation it is always refunded.

Cancellations: Up to 8 weeks before departure - the deposit is returned. 57 to 30 days before departure 60% of the total cost is charged. 29 days or less 100% of the total cost is charged.
